Why we don't bill insurance directly
This is a common question, and we understand why. The short answer: we choose not to let insurance companies decide how much care you receive or what kind of care is allowed.
Insurance-driven care is often built around reacting to problems after they start. At Big Mountain Chiropractic & Neuropathy, our focus is on prevention, wellness, and restoring function—approaches that many insurance plans simply do not cover well. Because we are independent of those networks, we can treat the whole person: children, active adults, seniors, athletes, and families—not just the narrow symptoms an insurance plan happens to approve.
The benefit to you is straightforward: affordable, predictable care for your entire family, with no surprise denials and no one between you and your doctor. If your plan includes out-of-network chiropractic benefits, we are happy to provide all the paperwork you need for self-filing reimbursement.
